My Wish List

Terms

Last updated on August 26, 2026.

[TO BE CONFIRMED] The legal name and postal address of the data controller are still missing here, as are the names of the mail provider and the host. Without those details this statement is incomplete, and that should be said rather than invented.

What you get

A place to make wish lists, share them with people you designate yourself, and draw names together. Use is free.

Your account

One account per person, with a real e-mail address. You are responsible for your own password. If you notice someone else can get in, change it; all other sessions expire at once.

What is not allowed

Entering addresses of people who did not ask for it and inviting them unsolicited. Trying to reach other people's lists. Using the service to sell or to send advertising. Whoever does that loses their account.

What you put on it

You remain the owner of what you put on your lists. We show it to the people you designate, and to nobody else. Photos fetched from a shop remain that shop's; we keep a reduced copy so we can show your list.

Availability

We do our best, but nothing is guaranteed. This is a free service on a single server. Make sure you do not depend on this platform for anything that must not go wrong.

Partner codes

Some pages carry a link to a shop with a code that earns us a commission. That is stated on the page itself. The code belongs to the shop, never to a gift, and it never changes the order of a list.

Stopping

You can delete your account at any time; everything of yours then disappears. We may shut down the service, and will say so at least a month in advance by e-mail.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. A dispute we cannot resolve together belongs before the competent Belgian court.
